Primary Purpose:

Plan and implement an instructional program that prepares students for educational pathways and occupations in the healthcare industry - Patient Care Technician. Provide students with real-world experiences through classroom instruction, hands-on application, and work-based learning opportunities.

Education/Certification:

Preferred bachelor’s or associate degree as permitted in specific career fields

3-5 Years of Experience in the health science field with professional certification - Licensed RN preferred, LVN will be considered.

Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned 

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of core academic subject assigned

Knowledge of curriculum and instruction

Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
